Residents! Thanks for checking in! There are many possible questions that you might have regarding your new window replacements in your apartment or condominium. This part of our website is here to help you understand the process as it relates to you, and it attempts to answer any questions you might have. There are two links you can click on at the top of the page here, depending on which stage of our window replacements you find yourself in (Pre Window-Replacement, or Post Window-Replacement). If you don’t see an answer to your question, you can fill out the form at the bottom of that page, and we’ll try to address your question as soon as we conveniently can. If you still feel the need to call someone, please contact the building management or ownership. We prefer to limit our communications to your building’s management team, and hope not to get telephone calls from residents, simply because we are always busy, and floods of daily calls would greatly impact our efficiency.
